Biography
With an academic background in Mathematics, Business and Marketing, Farzana Haque is a customer-oriented Vice President and Branch Operations Manager at National Bank PLC, currently serving the Mohakhali Branch in Dhaka. With 24 years of banking experience as a Probationary Officer, she has proficiently handled a large volume of Trade Finance operations with Export (RMG) in several corporate branches.
At Head Office, her expertise extended to Corporate Credit Risk Management, Credit Administration, and Special Asset Management. As a senior resource person and Principal at the National Bank Training Institute, she acquired in-depth banking academic knowledge enabling her to resolve operational challenges and provide effective on-the-job training to enhance employee efficiency.
