Biography
Mahmoud Mohamed Zoair is an innovative expert in Islamic Banking and Finance with more than 20 years of working expertise across Islamic Financial Institutions and markets. He combines strong communication skills with the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams as a Sharia Committee Member and Sharia Advisor, and brings an extensive background in banking research and product innovation.
He has served on the Shariah Committees of high-profile international Fintech companies, provided advisory and product structuring services, participated in major Sukuk issuances (including Saudi Aramco, KSA Government, and AT1 Sukuk programmes), and led training and capacity-building programmes in Islamic Banking, Takaful, Investment, and Asset Management across the GCC and beyond.
